« This by far was one of my favorite experiences in Bordeaux. As somewhat of a picky eater, David was able to make it simple and exquisite at the same time. He made us feel very much at home and was so pleasant and knowledgeable about many subjects. It was a wonderful first time experience for a cooking class. I would highly recommend it and him! Merci beaucoup! »

At the begining…
Law, cooking and freedom
In 2018, I put down my lawyer’s gown and picked up a chef’s apron—and it was the best decision of my life. After three years of training, I became a caterer in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, worked as a chef on yachts in the Caribbean and published two books about cooking and adventure.
Why the change? Because cooking, like law, calls for precision, rigour and commitment. But unlike a courtroom argument, it offers an immediate reward: a guest’s smile, the pleasure of a flavour, the magic of a moment shared. Today, I bring that same high standard—the discipline of someone who has learned to master the details—to the moments that matter to you.
