For fifteen years, I represented some of the world's largest corporations in international litigation. That same demand for excellence now shapes every event I cater: a private yacht owner in the Caribbean, Château Lafleur's luncheon for Michelin three-star sommeliers, weddings of distinction on the Riviera, the Normandy and Atlantic coasts, and evenings honoring L'Oréal's most valued global accounts.
Every menu is built from scratch — no repertoire, no formula. Sourcing is meticulous, execution bistronomic in spirit: refined without artifice. Years developing sustainable culinary methods, and years crossing the Atlantic under sail, taught me the precision that comes with zero margin for error.
Discretion is absolute. I remain personally involved from the first conversation to the final course — because true luxury is not visible. It is felt.
